Welcome to Yoga, Fitness, and Feldenkrais in the world of social distancing! Below is the menu of classes I teach. If the class times are not able to fit into your schedule, I have videos of my Zoom classes that you can rent for only 6$ per class. Please click on Video On Demand to see my library of videos.

You do need to fill out a WAIVER prior to taking your first live Zoom class. Please email me at lisagulotta@gmail.com and I will send one to you. Once I receive your waiver, I will send you a meeting ID number and passcode so you may join the class. You do not need to be a member of Zoom. Just go to ZOOM.US, click on Join a Meeting and enter the information.

You do not need to buy hundreds of dollars of yoga props or fitness equipment. A mat would be great, as well as a belt or a scarf, and a chair for certain exercises and for support. For floor work, a blanket, towel or pillow to sit on and to use as a pad to cushion knees or head. No blocks? Your chair will suffice or grab two large books of the same size or two full Kleenex boxes. I also sometimes have two pillows or two paper towel rolls to stuff under my knees for support. I will guide you through all of this! I will add specialty classes and workshops from time to time which MAY require some extra gear. Once you are on my ZOOM email list, you will receive periodic emails regarding any new offerings like Sunday classes and any cancellations, schedule changes or ZOOM updates that apply to you.

You may notice the DONATE button below. This is an honor system payment plan! Each time you take a class, please be so kind as to leave a little something for the teacher! If you decide to take more than one class a week, you might want to donate one larger sum weekly. This will reduce the fees that I pay per transaction. I also have a Venmo account or you can send checks by mail. I can send this info to you privately.

Weekly Online Class Offerings

Strengthen & Restore

Wednesdays, 8:30am - 9::30am MT

A little bit of fitness, a little bit of yoga, a little bit of dance, a little bit of gait training, a little bit of balance, a little bit of core work, a little bit of stretching, a little bit of bone building and a lot of great music and laughter! Please have a chair, towels or blankets, blocks or dense supports, and a strap or scarf. Sometimes I will even use the wall as a prop. So, clear some space and join us for a full body workout. For all levels.


Feldenkrais

Wednesdays, 10:00am - 11:00am MT…My Home Studio and ZOOM


Feldenkrais group classes are called Awareness Through Movement. These lessons use slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind…these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, such as walking, reaching, turning, getting up and down from a chair or the floor, lifting objects, improving posture in sitting or standing….and so much more!


Mixed Level Yoga

Fridays, 8:30am - 10:30am MT

Release. Unravel. Pulse. Here is your chance to combine asana with music, dance with yoga, and rhythm with breath. Be prepared to work as this is not an easy class but an hour filled with conscious and intentional discovery of your body's magic and strength. I use props such as blankets, blocks, chairs and straps and offer myriad modifications to allow your body to fully achieve each posture to its full potential. This is a mixed level class however, I do suggest that you have been taking yoga classes for at least six months prior to participating.

Sunday Morning Mix

SOME Sundays, 9:00am - 10:00am MT
I send out the class dates and the link at the beginning of the month. If you would like to be on my Zoom email list, please send me an email.

Sunday morning class can be gentle yoga, ultra gentle yoga, bone building, fitness, lyrical, meditative…essentially a grab bag of movement. All levels welcome and I will usually put the theme of the class in the invite email I send with the link a few days before. Please have a chair, two blankets or towels, strap or scarf, and two blocks or dense supports. For all levels.
